The office Mgr Jason is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, confrontational, and verbally threatening. He lacks consideration and respect for the patients of this practice. It is unfortunate that the practicing professional at this office tolerate this behavior from an employee that has direct contact with their patients and represents their business.

Office manager, Jason, is rude and completely unprofessional. When I had to reschedule an appointment for the first time ever, I specifically asked if I would be charged a cancellation fee and was told I wouldn't. At my next appointment, Jason, the office manager, refused to believe that I had been told that and went on to say that they are not required to recite the policy for everyone who calls to cancel. On my way out, I asked for a copy of that policy (along with my records as I don't plan on returning) and the policy clearly states that one cancelation fee will be waived, but future cancellations would incur a fee. Well, apparently they only adhere to the part of the policy that is convenient for them, because nothing was waived. They got their one and only cancellation fee from me, but after those shady tactics, they lost a long term client. If they'll use dishonest tactics once, who knows where else they'll practice in the gray area. Just be warned and informed before choosing Behavioral Health Group, PA.
