Aloha!!! I'm not the reviewing type but saw a negative review and thought I would chip in. I found Dr. Blum very professional, insightful and caring and would not hesitate to recommend him.

They were cold and not friendly enough. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.
