They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I didn't feel safe in their care at all. I didn't trust their motives. Their office was way too hot, I was sweating more indoors than outside in the summer weather. I usually don't have a problem with the heat, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They joke around with their staff while making me wait for over 45 minutes. Lisa Bryan was extremely rude during our initial session and had no idea what the symptoms of ADHD were and had to google it online to ask me if I had the symptoms. When I answered, she disregarded it and dismissed all the symptoms I was feeling. She interrupted me before I was able to finish saying what I felt or what had happened to me and told me that there was nothing wrong with me and hushed me out of her office in 15 minutes.
