The entire time I was there, their entire attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed their credentials hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are one of the most reliable psychologists I've ever been to. They never cancel my appointments and always make sure they are available when they say they will be.
