Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Every time I tried to give them my input or concern, they just interrupted me or cut me off. They didn't care at all what I had to say. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
