It's been several years since I have been treated, but I am satisfied with the outcome, & I was very pleased with the service provided not only by the therapist but the staff member. Calls were promptly returned & appointments were easily scheduled. The therapist was likely to accomodate me if possible. However, right now I am looking to obtain a copy of my file or at least the last few sessions & I am having a difficult time reaching a staff member. I hope I can get in contact with someone there.
