They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their counseling techniques are archaic phycobabble. They show no respect for you as a person. They take the human factor out and rely on a computer fr their diagnosis. They had me on a pethara of mind numbing drugs for over 6 years until finally I ended up in the hospital 250 miles away from home. There I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. All of my answers to there computer form questions pointed directly to symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis NOT mental health disorders. I had an excutiating year getting off the unnecessary drugs they had me addicted to.
