They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. Usually, when I call and leave a message, it's at least a couple of weeks before I hear back from them. I wish they would get back to me sooner. I wasn't impressed with their level of cleanliness. Normally, it wouldn't matter to me, but it was way too dirty in their office. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
