Highly unprofessional, poor communication skills, terrible billing program which I have never seen before in 35 years. Actually had to report her to DOH just to get an itemized statement..

Chani guided me through my teenage years by helping me battle through my Attention Deficit Disorder and guide me through my parents divorce. I still use her methods today as an adult. I am very thankful for the patience and tools she has given me.

My wife and I have had 2 series of martial counseling by Dr. Phillips. She is insightful, clear and helpful. Our lives are much better for working with Dr. Phillips and I can easily give her a strong recommendation.

When I arrived 35 minutes early I was greeted by the front staff and given paperwork to fill out immediately. However, upon waiting almost 30 minutes past the appointment time, I left without seeing the counselor. I was told that Ms. Phillips had arrived 15 minutes after our designated appointment time and after waiting 15 more minutes without a word from her, I left and communicated to the front desk I would find another therapist. I give it 1/2 star for the front staff professionalism and for the quiet and tranquil office setting.

Not only did they rush my appointment, they practically hurried me out the door. They only wanted my money, they didn’t care about me. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs.
