This woman is one of the most self interested people on the planet. She fails to disclose her cognitive limitations to her patients. As such, she exposes them unknowingly to inappropriate emotional outbursts, accusations of not paying, and constant forgetfulness. All so she can collect an hourly fee at the expense of her patients emotional health and well being. How is this ethically allowed by the state board?

Dr. Levalds is the real deal. I've seen her for a specific issue and she gets to the core quickly, while allowing time for reflection and healing. I couldn't imagine having anyone better on my side to help me through a difficult time. Seeing a psychologist is heavy work, and progress isn't made unless you're open to it. But if you are, she skillfully helps you find not only where you're faltering, but where you're stronger than you think. She's a gift to anyone who sees her.

Not what I was expecting. Seemed superficial. Canned responses and clichés. Nothing like past therapy experience was very helpful. Will keep looking.

I saw Cinzia Levalds with a specific issue. Namely, I was suffering from a major Identity crisis. Feeling unimportant and like my chronic disease had taken away my identity. Even after the time we spent together working on this problem, not once did she get my first name correct, despite my repeated corrections. Even my bills came to the wrong first name. Way to make headway on my identity, hmm?

So needless to say, I didn't gain much from my appointment with this provider. Don't think I'll have much good to say if someone asks me about it.

Never, they are very reliable.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
