They made me spent a long time in the waiting room, which I really didn't appreciate. I expected a wait, but I didn't expect to wait that long. It wasn't easy to find parking at their office, but I eventually found a spot. I wish they had more convenient parking. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They weren't the worst psychologist I've ever seen, but they definitely weren't the best. I was surprised that they could get away with that level of service and care. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

I had to wait for a little while.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
