I was a patient of this physician for almost 6 years and referred several of my family members. I am sad to say that I had to find a new doctor. The office staff is the most rued group of women I have ever worked with. I dread going to my appointments and after years of trying to communicate this to the doctor she has continued to avoid this issue and do nothing about it. I have watched her practice and is losses many of her patients do to this ongoing problem. I recommend that you select a new psychiatrist and save yourself a lot of time, aggravation and money. God Bless MMW

I have been going to this provider for over 2 years and have finally gotten to the point where I can no longer stand dealing with the way this practice is run. Nearly every single aspect of my treatment has been an awful and miserable experience. Showing up on time for appointments still means waiting 30-45 minutes, if not longer. The staff is generally nice in person, but extremely rude over the phone (interrupting you while explaining important details and not listening in general, among other things) AND that is during the rare instances when they actually answer the phone or call back.

The whole practice is based on rushing people in and out as fast as possible. I often wait in the lobby 3 times as long as I spend talking to the Dr. ... The only thing that isn't rushed is sending refills into the pharmacies. I've gone into withdrawal countless times because of this. It's taken 4 days and multiple calls/voicemails per day before finally getting the correct prescription sent to my pharmacy.

I can no longer stand waiting forever to be seen by the Dr. for a 10-15 minute superficial talk while she is primarily focused on writing down my prescription refills, or typing them into the computer JUST to rush me out of the office. I can't stand feeling sick for days at a time because the staff and Dr. CAN NOT do their jobs.

I am absolutely changing psychiatrists the second I find one that takes my insurance. My experiences here have caused more problems than it has fixed.

I called this office on 3/6 to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The treatment I received via phone from the office manager and receptionist was the worse I have ever received. I was transferred from the receptionist to the office manager to make an appointment. The office manager was rude and act like I(Marie) was bothering her. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she got snippy with me. I was speechless. People are contacting this office for help and not to be treated like crap by the staff. I asked the office manager if I could speak with someone else because she was rude and she told me no! I asked to speak to the receptionist. She transferred me. I left a message for Dr. Ghandi to call me regarding this matter. I have not received a call. I called today and was advised that my message was given to the doctor but they are not sure why she choose not to return my call. If you need help, treatment please don't go here. Everyone should be treated equally and if this is there way of helping patients or potential patients then I would rather help from someone off the streets. I wonder how many other potential and current patients have been turned off by this staff and doctor?

I stopped seeing this psychiatrist several years ago her because I felt it was not worth my money to sit in front of someone for less than 15 minutes while the doctor sits behind her desk and only concerns herself with writing prescriptions.
