Really didn't offer any form of therapy, treatment, methods for improvement, or steps toward change. Just listened and said, "Wow that's crazy." Expected us to live in a level of shock and depression "for months still." Also had to audacity to call us "nerds" when we said we excelled at math, science and logic in school (literally yelled out the word "NERD!" in the session). If you're looking to pay someone to sit & listen to you, she's the one.
