Andrew is the man. My familyI have been working with him for almost two years and in that time, he has helped me/us accomplish so much. Such a good man. Aside from him, the family center staff is nasty. They treat their staff, who from what I gathered are all unpaid underquailfied interns as well as patients terribly. things ive heard said snd seen, dont even seem ti be legal. Until I settled with Andrew, my therapust would change every few months, and My family and i would have to start all over again. Not right. Glad we connected w Andrew, as he's consistent, has his act together and knows his stuff. I'm just waiting for him to tell me and my son, who loves Andrew- that he's going to leave as he seems overqualified and unappreciated. If men were measured by kindness Andrew would be the richest man in the world- our lives have changed for the better w Andrews help. If your looking for a therapist and can deal with nasty front desk people, who look and act like trash, try to hook up w Andrew.you won't regret it. Best therapist I have had and the only one at the family center w half a brain. I'm sure he won't be there long and when he goes, my family and I are going with him. When it comes to seeking treatment at this place, it's Andrew or the highway.

If you go to the family center, see Andrew. He is not only the best therapist there, he is the best therapist I have ever had. I has been a blessing to me and my family and has helped me to look at my like in ways I could have never imaged without him. It is almost like he is devine, I cant explain it, there is something about him. he is so smart and kind and always goes out of his way to help me. he has changed my life in so many good ways. I have never met a therapist or even a person like him. He's amazing amazing and really knows his stuff. with a combination of knowledge and kindness he glows with wisdom. also he never makes me feel like he is better then me like other theraspist I have had, very easy going and down to earth. He makes the family center a place I look forward to going to. he has gone above and beyond. He is cute to hehehe bonus! Do yourself a favor go see Andrew he is an amazing person and an outstanding therapist.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all; cheap and plastic

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Doris is an unprofessional receptionist. She behaves rudely and exhibits a lack of interest and empathy for the clients at the center. Additionally, the therapy sessions are subpar. I would not recommend the Family Center at Montclair.

HORRIBLE place the front desk person doris is nasty rude and mean treats you like getto trash beneath her notice very nasty to talk to will not help you and has a very consenting tone to her voice when you talk to her

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The therapist who works with my son is son intelligent and kind. He does everything he can to help my son. He is such a good person and informed professional
