Michelle took my phone call when I called in need of counseling was quite rude. It was very upsetting to be having personal problems and then have the person at the Family Guidance Center act uncaring and abrupt. I had just gotten off the phone with the insurance company to find out about our coverage and was told that FGC was in our plan. Before even offering an appointment, Michelle told me "call your insurance to see if it is covered". I would not take my dog to this facility.
