This provider is extremely conscientious and recognized some of the issues right away. She helped our children learn how to navigate some very difficult divorce-related feelings and their struggles, and how to give them tools and confidence in moving forward. She also recognized what was truly going on with the breakdown of the marriage. I would absolutely recommend her and already have. Thank you, Dr. Fay!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I learned many months after working with her that she did not reveal information that may have biased her in her work with me. This was never disclosed nor addressed by her. I was unable to get straightforward, complete answers to my questions. I felt as if she was not telling me the truth and I have a hard time trusing her or her recommendations

My experience with this so-called therapist in providing counseling for my children was truly horrible. She is completely dishonest and will say one thing one moment and deny saying it the next. I saw no benefit to my children. I learned of another person who had the same experience I had with her. I am surprised that there are positive reviews for her and believe these are probably from friends and relatives rather than clients.

Dr. Karen Fay is one of the most qualified professionals that I have ever met. She is intelligent, caring, and will do the right thing on behalf of her client. She is honest in her feedback and helps her clients (regardless of whether they are children or adults) to self-reflect in an intelligent and appropriate way. I genuinely believe that the world is a better place because of Dr. Fay, and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Fay has been a remarkable resource! My kids (ages 9 and 10) trust her to advocate for them as she helps them sort out the complex feelings they have had during my divorce and continue to process as we move forward parenting from two households. The divorce has been especially tough because of a history of slowly escalating verbal and emotional abuse that had become increasingly threatening and occasionally physical while I was recovering from a serious illness. It is such a comfort to know the girls have "Dr. Karen," I can't recommend her highly enough!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I found her extremely helpful when working with our children and my ex and I were both impressed and pleased. We both recommend her to others. Thank you Dr. Karen!

I think Dr Karen Fay was not helpful at all. Her advice seems odd and out of place. I don't care for sing-songy voice, as she spoke to me as if I were a child. I found talking with friends and family 10 times more helpful than talking with Karen Fay.
