Bart was hired by my attorney to serve the emotional needs of my ex and I during our divorce. We used the "Collaborative Process" (just Google it) but there was nothing collaborative in Bart's approach. Whatsoever. He protected my spouse, who was the one who wanted out. I was blindsided, had a lot of questions and my ex only wanted to run away. The Collab Process works if both spouses are on the same page-and if they are not, they should be required to lay everything out on the table at the beginning. The whole truth. In our case, I was shocked, stunned, hurting badly and so was my family and friends. Bart should have told my spouse to tell the truth, reveal the reasons for silence (I found out about an affair from a third party, long after I should have been told the truth), so I could start to heal. Instead, I was told to cease contact, which is completely unrealistic, and any decent psychologist, who should understand humanity better than the rest of us, should know that. To add insult to injury, he mocked my faith at one point. Even my personal counselor was shocked at Bart's M.O. He puts process ahead of people, and in my case, his tactics delayed my healing by at least 4 months. I would recommend anyone avoid him at all costs.

This guy is the epitomy of corruption! He is the most arrogant, egotistical, heartless person I have ever met. It is well known he sides with the person who pays him. The process he makes kids go through is torment in a divorce case. Like others say, I have no clue how this guy has not had his medical license taken away. He has had numerous complaints and has been kicked off of as Chairman of different local charity organizations for his unethical practices. If you are sent to him for an evaluation and your not the one paying...RUN!!!

If I can give negative stars, I would. I agree with all the rest reviewers that he cares about only his financial gain than the real welfare of the children. He twists the truth as much as he can to suit the interest of the paying party. His license should be taken away because he has done so much evil to hurt so many families and children. I believe that justice will eventually come and his lies will be exposed in the broad daylight.

My family retained Dr. Ferraro to help us with a very serious issue with our son. We were desparate for help. Unfortunately, my son not only did not get the help that he needed, but Dr. Ferraro made us feel terrible in the process while trying to get his diagnosis. He is arrogant and condescending, but above all else, he is not a caring individual at a time when people are coming to him for exactly that reason.
