Very responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. Dr. Flaum was very helpful in evaluating my son for ADHD and helping him get the accomodations and understanding that he needs to deal with it.

Dr Flaum did a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of my child. She was kind, patient and thoughtful. She made my child feel at ease during the testing process and her diagnosis was spot-on. She took significant time explaining the testing process to my husband and me prior to meeting our child and took the same amount of time meeting with us and explaining her results. I highly recommend her!

Dr, Flaum is thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She administered the psychological testing while engaging our child in a thoughtful way. Dr. Flaum made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We were extremely pleased with our experience and it gave us the information we needed to make necessary decisions.

We had a very thorough review done by Dr. Flaum and she was excellent and right on the nose with her diagnosis for our son. While the school was quick to suggest ADHD or ADD, she ruled that out and really identified why our son was struggling and helped us help him. Two years later, and she was absolutely right about our son, and he is thriving and doing so well. Her materials also enabled us to get the support through the school that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

She did a terrible job evaluating my child, diagnosed my child incorrectly, tired to convince us to send my child to a certain private school, was alarmist and condescending, and had a strange and off- putting manner that made my child ( and me) uncomfortable. I ended up having my child retested and that person gave the correct diagnosis. As it turns out 12 years later ( yes, you read that correctly-- I thought I'd wait to see how it really turned out for my child) I can state she was wrong about my child. Can't say avoid or not, every child is different, can only tell my experience.

She was very through and complete. Her report was quite comprehesive 22+ pages and not a cut and paste form letter. I felt her diagnosis was spot on.
