Office staff will lie to you and on your paperwork and then claim, that they weren't the person you spoke with. Some of the doctors will offend you, heaven forbid you tell them that, given that they're psychologist, they will absolutely lie in your paperwork and say you are hostile and untreatable. And of course, the head psychologist condones this type of behavior from his staff and will further add to a patients
pain and suffering by putting you in a position of continued harm. I thought all health care workers took an oath, to do no harm. But, if you have to visit this office, have your recorder with you because, YOU WILL NEED IT.
