They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
