They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Not only did they rush my appointment, they practically hurried me out the door. They only wanted my money, they didn’t care about me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
