Find someone that will care about you and less about his profits and box seats. He is more suited to work in field that does not require helping people. Goes double for his staff.

this Dr. and I would use the term very lightly, offers zero comfort and is a full bully at best. He has no ideal of how to treat anyone with a brain injury, prefers to listen to his rude staff.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Dr. Ewert has been providing his services phenomenally in Charlotte, NC for years. His treatment is often specialized for patients who have suffered various forms of brain trauma ranging from severe TBI as a result of injury or disease, to minor sports concussions.
Dr. Ewert is an understanding doctor who not only openly listens to the patient's problems, but also offers solid solutions that when put into practice, assists the patient toward organizing the impacted pieces of their lives.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They listened to everything I had to say and were able to answer all of my questions. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
