What is the sense of offering details of what other people though of a service provided by a business if you can not read the reviews given with out releasing any of your personal information.

I voluntarily admitted myself hoping to feel better. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I didn't learn anything about risks and benefits of any treatment they have in mind for me. I was rushed out My condition was aggravated after my stay. I arrived at 6:00 PM. The next morning when meeting with the hospital psychiatrist assigned to me, I was told I was not doing any of the work to get better, although I had been there less than 24 hours and most of this time had been spent sleeping and in evaluations. The hospital psychiatrist assigned to me said I was being indignant after all the work the outside psychiatrist had done to get me admitted. I was discharged after approximately 48 hours and was going to be sent home via cab. I was not given the opportunity to call family members. I had no cell phone, house keys, or money. Thankfully, a family member stopped by the hospital after learning of my hospitalization at the moment and I was being discharged. The hospital psychiatrist was abrasive and aggravated my condition. I cannot recommend this mental health facility. I was in unit 3 which is the least restrictive ward.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I can always count on them

I had a terrible experience when I called for information. I called for visitation hours, my daughter was being admitted at 3pm. Carol, the person I talked to at the facility was very rude and told me that we request that you do not visit because we are very busy and it takes a while to admit the patient. I asked why so long, she said I don't know how long but again, we recommend no visiting the lst day. I wanted to ask her information about the hospital, But, she cut me off and was not helpful at all and not approachable for information. I was so sad and scared and told my husband about what she said. After going though such a situation, my first thought was, "Is this how mental facilities are", we were scared and terrified , but we did visit my daughter that evening, I cried on the way there because of that lady "Carol, receptionist" gave me such a negative representation of the mental hospital and I did not know what to expect. When we got there, I noticed visitors bringing in food, games, clothing for their loved ones, I had nothing for my daughter, she was dressed in a hospital grown, and a sheet/blanket wrapped around her, eating in a visiting room. If I knew I could bring her clothes, PJ's and food, I would have, I felt so bad for my daughter, she was very uncomfortable there, wearing the gown, etc. especially not being dressed in clothes like everyone else. I had no tour or giving information of the hospital. I asked questions to the RN's that were there. They did answer my question. Track was very nice.

Absolutely!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
