They made me spent some time in the waiting room, which I really didn't appreciate but I expected a wait. When I told her about my struggles, she was somewhat understanding, but could have been more open. She didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from since it seemed like she had preconceived notions. I didn’t feel like I was able to say everything I wanted to. She didn't mind answering my questions, though. Not super impressed.

Dr. Kay Gendron is simply the most attentive, skilled, and compassionate psychologist on the planet. She understands me like no one else has. I highly recommend her. 5 stars all the way.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were one of the best psychologists I've ever seen. I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
