I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
