She's a disgrace. I don't retract one negative word about her. My older daughter dropped out of college and my younger daughter has all sorts of new scar patterns and nervous ticks. It took the state more than two years to decide not to file criminal charges against her after I complained. I'm not joking. The complaint was serious.

I totally disagree with the negative comments. I have utilized Sandra for several things including Custody. I respect her because she doesn't tell you what you want to hear, she tells you how it is in a professional manner. Which is probably where the negative review came in. I can always count on her and would reccomend her to anyone!

My separated husband paid her during a custody case. She would not discuss his addiction problems and associates. She refused to address discussions about child abuse and molestation suspicions. I filed a state complaint against her. I didn't accept her report and findings. The state commission for licensing is reviewing the complaint I made. I am a highly educated woman, and I wasn't rude or disrespectful to her. She simply opted to ignore me and all the concerns I had. I made a mistake because my separated husband paid her. I acknowledged that mistake to the State Licensing Commission, while asking her license be removed for accepting his money in those circumstances.

I would never ever recommend them to anyone I know. I would advise everyone to stay away. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

ASKED TO PROVIDE FAMILY REPORT DECLINED DURING DIVORCE SESSION FOR CUSTODY AFTER TRYING TO RECOMMEND MARRIAGE COUNSELING; INCREDIBLY INAPPROPRIATE RECOMMENDATION; WOMAN SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR THIS SORT OF WORK IF SHE WANTS IN DIVORCE CASE TO RECOMMEND COUNSELING. ALSO AT THE ISSUE WAS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS ABOUT SPOUSAL ABUSE AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND HAD THE UTTER GALL TO LOOK AT ME AND SAY 'SHHH.' SHE IS FILTHY

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. This is a bad business. I originally hired her for my children which eventually I used her for court on a custody case. Something happened not with the other party but with the other party's attorney. They are good friends or something. She has been in favor of the other party taking my children although I was beat up raped and they broke 4 orders she is still siding with them. She told me there is nothing wrong with me at all. She says I'm never getting my kids back from the other party. When I asked her why she can't come up with a reason but...oh I interrupted her once when she was justify what the other party was doing. Sandra is not doing her job. If she was she would be honest and do the right thing. The other party has severe mental problems & she is telling me they will never have to get help. I caught hd lying to me on serveral ocassions & she isnot documenting with the courts anything the other party is doing. Did I mention the other party has a ton of money. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN OR ANYONE IN HER PRACTICE. SHE IS BIAS!!! SHE DOES NOT TELL THE TRUTH!!! I AM WORKING ON A BLOG/WEBSITE THAT HAS DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING!!!
