My case worker at Forest View in Grand Rapids wanted to press charges against Lighthouse Professional Clinic for malpractice, not to mention the thousands upon thousands of dollars they have cost us. I can't say I disagree. When I started there in 2007, I was 11. I was falsely diagnosed, therefore medicated incorrectly. When I got significantly worse, they'd send us to the ER. Sometimes multiple times in ONE DAY. I was hospitalized downstate in an adolescent psych ward TWICE under their "care". The second time I was an inpatient downstate, I was to be discharged and sent home the following day, when we got a call from Lighthouse saying that "Because I require after-hours attention, I cannot be seen by their doctors." I had been seen at Lighthouse Professional Clinic for three years, and when they couldn't help me, they left me and my family in the dust.
Do not waste your time, money, or anxiety over this place. AVOID.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
