It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I really appreciated how easy they were to reach when I had an emergency recently. They took my call right away. The Dr. is very friendly, patient and understanding LOVE THIS OFFICE
