Unfortunate, the patients enter the Neighbors houses and are not supervised, a nice service, but the burden falls on others. Check with the Pittsfield PD to verify.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
