There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
