They never have beds for medicaid patients and this puzzles me because New Hanover is Federally funded and I was under the impression that this was not an accepted practice.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
