Rand is a kind, genuine, super intelligent person. I have tried different therapists in the past, with not a lot of progress. I feel a shift in my life, healing me deep within. His wisdom and guidance have opened my eyes to see things in a new light. EMDR was life changing for me. I highly recommend him.
