Dr. Porter recently evaluated my partner's daughter. His report came with the wrong name and birthdate, which led us to believe he just copied and pasted the information from another report. The report also had unfinished sentences and was poorly written. Considering the evaluation cost well over 500.00, I would expect a much more professional service. He also did not display the care, concern, and sensitivity that would be expected of a practitioner, especially to a parent who was worried about his child.

My experience with Dr. Porter has been very positive. Effective, real world advice combined with the experience and intuition needed to cut the heart of a wide variety issues make him a trusted ally when dealing with life's problems.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Even though this doctor promised on August 8th 2013 that he would prioritize my ADHD testing so that I would have the results before I left for school (a week later), he forgot about me.
Entirely.
Until I called his office and complained.
Over and over again. (four times total)
He did not get the results of my ADHD test to me until September 8th.
He did not answer the phone for my regular doctor's office either, meaning another hour of phone time for me.
Getting this doctor to call you back is a wormhole of frustration and sorrow. Getting this doctor to keep his promises is an obstacle that Hercules couldn't overcome.
And he charged me way too much for the joy of this experience. I have spent hours crying. I didn't get the accommodations I needed for school, and will have to wait until next semester to file again. I will probably fail and lose my scholarship, and this prat is to blame.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
