Your directory is so off-base with descriptions of agencies and services they supposedly provide. All wrong wrong wrong, wasting peoples time.
I have years of experience to spot it, but most people don't. So you are sending them on a useless pursuit of call that all lead to dead ends and more confusion and frustration.
Generic lists spit out by automatic keyword sorts confirm the lack of possibilry for hope or reality when there's no human involvement.
Please just dont even exist anymore.
