First Visit-I walked into the office and stood at the window as the two staff members spoke and left me hanging while they chatted behind the glass. They finally finished and asked if they could help me. I then found out that the large amount of paperwork that they had asked me to complete and send over ahead of time could not be found. They said that was ok. We could proceed without it. Really? If that was the case, then why did I spend all that time putting it together? I initially met with Ashley Baker and I thought she was great. We met and agreed on a plan. The next step was insurance approval. I waited over 5 weeks for insurance approval that they were requesting. I had to call PSI to check in on the approval and schedule my appointment. Second visit- I brought my 16 year old son in for the evaluations. We waited 30 minutes only to find out the person doing the evaluation had not arrived. When she arrived she was not very friendly and did not make my son very comfortable. While I was waiting, I inquired about the fees for the evaluation. I was told I was approved, but they didn’t know what was covered and if I wanted that information then I needed to call the insurance company myself. Hmm…. That is what I thought we had been waiting for. It seemed like I was really bothering Michael with any question that I had. Third visit- A few weeks later I met with Ashley Baker to review the final report and she was great. I thought we were on track. However, when I called in to get the final report that I was waiting for they passed me to someone that was VERY rude (I think her name was Yolanda) and she told me my account was on hold for a past due balance. I told her that when I left the office I made a payment via credit card and I was told by Michael that my account was current. I explained that we really needed the report and asked if I could speak to someone to straighten out. She said I would have to speak to the CEO. I asked her to please have them call me. Of course, I did not hear back and now they are closed until January 2. This process has been very frustrating. I would not recommend. . .
After waiting for 45 minutes and inquiring about the wait, the front office staff realized that the examiner ahad not even arrived for the day. After waiting for several weeks for the test results, we found out that they ignored our request for specific test to be completed and the results that we did receive were very contradictary. After a second round of testing and a second appt to meet with Dr. Cantor, he was unsure of why were were meeting and did not have any results. When I explained to the office staff that I was very frustrated with their service, I was told to address only Dr. Cantor with my concerns and no one else could help me. Did I mention he is unreachable. They definitely have "Customer NO Service" issues! .
