He is an awful therapist - completely dismissed all the issues I brought up in couples therapy. His inability to serve as a therapist was a major cause of the disintegration of my marriage. He only tried to prescribe drugs when legally he is not allowed to. He should reimburse me for the sessions I had with him. He screamed at me during a session. I would not recommend any one see him.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Yes, they were immaculate!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I was disappointed with the way my appointment went. I don't feel like they really cared about me. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. I can't believe they made me wait in the waiting room that long. It felt like I was in there for hours. I didn't feel safe in their care at all. I didn't trust their motives.

Read the March 19th review and was quite surprised....I have known Dr. Reich most of my life...seen him on and off 30+ years...he has never cancelled an appointment with me or my immediate family. Cannot recall it ever happening. I have always found him to be accommodating and understanding.

as for his being sympathetic to my situation....or yours....who cares? he is a doctor and you see him when you need help. I don't need or want sympathy, I want a very competent doctor to help guide me thru a given situation. I want answers and solutions to problems. I have found Dr. Reich to be a straight shooter telling me what I need to know...NOT what I want hear to make me feel better.

I like him and would recommend him without hesitation.

I would see them over anyone else in the field. They are definitely an expert.
Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I really appreciated how easy they were to reach when I had an emergency recently. They took my call right away. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
