Dr. Robinson seems to be a good listener, but he does not have the skills listed on his bio. We saw him maybe 8 times and he didn't provide any help. He literally didn't say anything!

Then, when I told him he should not list personality disorders on his bio and that I was going stop seeing him he sent me all the bills for past co-pays he said he would get covered with my secondary insurance.

Sorry, but was not happy with the outcome of using Randy Peterson to fix our family issues and would not recommend him. He just let our problem child vent and vent in each session and made her more angry to the point she did not want to go forward. Randy did nothing to help nor provide professional help. Was shocked we did not receive any help from him.
Was also quite surprised at how his office environment appeared one of a hoarder. Never going back nor recommend him. Complained to our insurance company about him.

I have worked with Dr. Robinson on and off for over ten years. No matter what, he always made time, even if on a Saturday, to meet with me. Dr. Robinson made himself available outside of normal working hours for me when I needed to speak with him about issues my son and I were going through, so I could understand and respond in a positive way to my son's behavior. Dr. Randy Robinson is a professional, and the proof of that is the quality we get from him, not expensive tangible office decor. Dr. Robinson has helped me and my son for over ten years, when I have needed him, He was available. Cant say that about too many dr's in this field. I went back to him just because of that. My last therapist was not attentive, gave me an impression that I do not really matter, I was put in the schedule here and there, cancelled on, not called back..etc. Dr. Randy Robinson is highly recommended and I am so grateful he has dedicated his life to helping others, above and beyond "work hours". He is a true blessing.
