The staff is friendly, well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. I felt 'heard' by this provider. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being. There's no question I would recommend this provider to anyone! The waiting room was comfortable and relaxing. I was so happy with my appointment! I'll be telling friends and family about this good experience.

I was so happy to have gone to the appointment. It went even better than I hoped for! This provider is the best I've found. It was really easy for me to get an appointment with them. I didn’t have to wait long. The waiting room was a pleasure. It smelled and looked very clean. They were absolutely wonderful and were the best I had been to.

After having looked so hard to find a psychiatrist to monitor our sons meds to go along with the psychologist that we are getting very good results from.We found Rockafellow to be very disappointing! The doctors evaluation was way off base, I'm not sure she listened at all. She didn't respect our time and kept us waiting for our appointments, one time for two hours. I don't think she liked us, the parents, questioning her on her recommendation of Lexipro for our fifteen year old son. When we did research on this we decided not to put him on the Lexipro and we think she was offended over being challenged. She dropped us for needing more than fifteen minutes per appt. claiming she "could not meet our requirements" for getting information and asking questions during the appt. The office manager admitting that the practice is to big and does not allow for this kind of time. Responsible, involved parents beware!
