If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
