A FRAUD!! I was thrown under the bus for drug and alcohol abuse even though I have no history of abuse nor any evidence exists. I also had several months of clean urine tests and hair follicle screens. My ex apparently convinced him I had problems using her word alone, not to mention her law firm hired Rymers and possible had coerced him. In his report he stated that I passed each and every test, yet, his final recommendations were that I take a breathalyzer every day, take urine tests twice a week, and hair tests every month - for a year. His fraudulent reporting was in play for a child custody hearing and has effectively hurt my time and relationship with my very young son. He should be ashamed and his license revoked.
