This man is not good at his job. I strongly recommend you see some one else. He works in the grungiest area. Imagine a commercial area meet a slum. his picture is completely miss leading. His office lady is rude. His office is dirty and tiny. you sit and hear every call made. He has an extremely short temper and doesn't care what you say to him. He is just looking for a reason to disqualify you. He doesn't try and get to know you or probe in any way shape or form. Change people AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I'm a normal person, with a family. You don't want this man evaluating you.

Dr. Shaffer is an amazing psychologist. The world would be a much better place if there were more doctors like him!!!
