Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

Absolutely Not!
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. A few weeks later CPS took my kids at his recommendation that they all have ADHD, need psychotropic medications and immediate removal. His License status is "Null & Void" and his work is generic and repetitive, therefor he lacks moral character and feels unethical behavior that carries a financial benefit is acceptable behavior.
