very freaky place.disorganized, rude old man and woman run it. so unprofessional. they don't need to have a license from what I saw there. The state needs to look into how they act. no ethics, don't care, disorderly, just bad. in every way.

This place makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Simone doesn't talk down to me. She doesn't make me feel like she thinks she is better than me. Dr. Simone has helped me a lot. She actually listens to me.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They treat all their clients with respect and dignity and always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
