Initial interaction indicated a knowledge of difficulties with kindness, caring and overall concern. Provided helpful responses, yet responses seemed disconnected, somewhat moderate in relation to concerns. Proficient in treatment recommendations, organized in responses with direction, aptitude in factual information, reasonable in outgoing dialogue. Interested in helping.

very helpful with issues as they have arisen, provided helpful information to make an informed decision about next steps, listened intently, only stated her observation, the decision was mine to make based on communication, alternatives and helpful examples of options.
