Rude. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back and see them again. They were horrible. I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually don't get back to me for at least a month.

I usually look forward to flipping through the magazines in the waiting room; they make the time go by so much faster. I was so disappointed with their magazines here. They had nothing from the 21st century and all of them were incredibly boring. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I wouldn't recommend them to others. I didn't have a good experience.

Company provides unfit housing for disabled. Apartments not up to code and disabled left without any support. Lowest rating in Pueblo for apartments that they own downtown. Other HUD apartments that they approve are just as bad or worse. Harrass patients that just try to get help with basic needs housing ect. Lack of provisions for medications. Unprofessional-unqualified workers. Serious violations of privacy and lack of professional care. Workers need drug-alcohol and psych evauation. This company hired someone with history of domestic violence in the past. Why isn't SPMH gov. funding terminated?
