The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

No I've never had any complaints

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
