I really enjoy going here and speaking with Al; The knowledge he has about what bothers me and how to put it in perspective, I feel blessed to have found this place; he always has the answer, which makes me feel like I just got an epiphany; yay!

They didn't mind answering my questions. The scheduling needs improvement, because there is no consistency. They didn’t rush my appointment. I was able to say everything I needed to say. I tried both individual and group counseling. There are a varity of counselors . I did not however feel secure . I question if they are up to date. I did not find it helpful, and will not be returning. I was disappointed. I would not expect them to go above and beyond, but I did not feel respected nor important. When my partner passed away, the counselor could not remember him.
