Gloria Gonzales is evil. My sons are 18, 14 and my daughter 16 now. They still talk about how horrible, mean and a liar she was. My 18 year old wrote about it in his speech to his senior class. She was a terrible experience in our children’s lives, one that they will never forget. County needs to fire her before she continues to destroy families and children.

First of all Gloria Gonzales is a MONSTER, there are no other words to describe such a horrible human being. Do not trust her or her staff. Beyond unprofessional, they should be put out of business immediately! I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They don't treat their clients equally at all. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. The toys were filthy, the carpets were disgusting and the staff look like they were just released from the penitentiary!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
