The gentleman who prescribed my meds was great and isn't the problem, but their office staff was terrible. They have two women office managers who were rude as hell, and are making me pay a $300 payment, that I have been fighting them on. They originally took my Empire Blue cross insurance and I paid only $25 which is my usual payment for office visits with regular doctors. What I thought was my copay went up to $50. for 5 years, They took my insurance early on and never told me that they stopped taking it. Their web site clearly states that they take Empire, but after thinking they accepted it, they said it was out of network. It wasn't until the payment went up to $95 that I was officially told they didn't take my insurance because they were out of network. I don't ever remember them telling me that they didn't take my insurance until last December. The guy at the front desk named Ian, phone said he would submit it to my insurance, and he said it might be possible to get reinbursed. I never thought I would end up paying $300 which is what they billed the insurance company for. I have been on the phone with them constantly and they won't admit to their mistake. ALL I can say is DONT GO!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They were so knowledgeable, and I felt very safe in their care. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
