Sonny is not my care provider but my daughter's. Her office is always canceling my daughter's appointments and rescheduling.

Sonny called me out of the blue to discuss my daughter's progress. I was not available, so she left a lengthy voicemail. In that voicemail, she proceeded to offer her services to work on a private matter between my daughter and myself. Proceeded to make several inaccurate comments about me. Now I realize my daughter is her isn't but she assumed the information provided was accurate. She then proceeded to give her opinion on actions taken by my daughter. She then proceeded to end the call with her opinion on my daughter's progress.

I would have thought the call a little strange given that she has never done this before. I did find the call inappropriate after she called her services. I immediately returned her call only to be told she had just left the office and would not return for 12 days. Who does something lime that?
